These answers explain how Samson reviews custom work before final pricing, proof approval, production, pickup, or installation.
Samson works on storefront signs, indoor and outdoor signs, banners, vehicle graphics, flyers, menus, brochures, booklets, business cards, stickers, decals, apparel, promotional items, LED displays, and LED sign boards.
You can start online through the order builder, contact the shop, or visit in person. The team reviews your product choice, artwork, size, material, finish, timeline, installation needs, and any permit details before confirming final pricing.
Yes. Logos, PDFs, photos, SVG files, and production notes can be shared through the customer support flow. Samson will review file quality, spelling, sizing, color needs, and print readiness before production.
No. AI design previews are visual direction only. Final artwork, readable text, logos, phone numbers, scale, material choices, and production details must be checked by the Samson team before anything is printed, fabricated, or installed.
For most custom work, Samson reviews or prepares a proof before production. Production starts only after the needed details are approved and the shop has confirmed artwork, materials, payment steps, and schedule.
Some orders are pickup-only and some require installation. Installation pricing can include labor, transportation, equipment, site conditions, and permit requirements depending on the job.
Samson uses QuickBooks or its approved business payment process for final billing. Orders at $500 or less require full payment before work starts; orders over $500 require a 50% deposit before work starts.
