Customer information is used to complete customer work
This policy explains the main information collected through the Samson Sign Solutions website and how it supports quotes, proofs, production, support, and order follow-up.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare quotes, review artwork, create proofs, manage production, schedule pickup or installation, send support messages, and keep internal order records organized.
Artwork and uploaded files
Uploaded logos, artwork, photos, PDFs, and production files are used for the customer project they are submitted for. Customers should only upload files they own or have permission to use.
AI design previews
Project details entered into the design studio may be used to create visual concept previews. AI previews are not final production artwork and must be reviewed by Samson before production.
Service providers
The app may use trusted service providers for hosting, database, file storage, authentication, email, messaging, AI image generation, invoices, payment links, analytics, and security.
Payment information
Final payments and invoices may be handled through Samson's approved payment or accounting tools. The Samson website should not ask customers to enter card details unless a secure approved payment provider is shown.
Data protection
Samson uses account access controls, protected staff areas, and storage policies to help keep customer and order information limited to the people who need it for service, production, support, and administration.
