Terms
Custom work is reviewed before final production
These terms help customers understand how Samson Sign Solutions handles custom sign, print, apparel, display, and installation projects.
Artwork approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, logos, colors, layout details, and proof accuracy before approving production.
Customer-provided files
Customers must have permission to use any logos, images, fonts, artwork, brand assets, and files they submit. Low-resolution or incomplete files may require redesign, cleanup, or additional review.
Production timing
Turnaround times depend on proof approval, material availability, machine schedule, order complexity, payment status, installation planning, weather, and any permit or site requirements.
Installation and permits
Installation jobs may require site access, measurements, equipment, labor, travel, and county or city permit review. Permit costs and approval timelines are not fully controlled by Samson.
Payments and invoices
Final invoices, deposits, balances, payment links, refunds, or payment status are confirmed through Samson's approved business process. Orders at $500 or less require full payment before work starts. Orders over $500 require a 50% deposit before work starts. Production may wait until required payment steps are complete.
AI and design previews
AI-generated previews and online design ideas are concept tools only. They may not show exact materials, scale, spelling, colors, mounting details, or final production artwork.
Pickup, delivery, and completed orders
Customers should inspect completed items at pickup or delivery. If there is a concern, contact Samson promptly with the order number and photos so the team can review the issue.
